A wrist tag will be placed with your name upon admission. The tag should not be removed while in the hospital because the staff will use this as reference when administering tests and medications.
An admission kit will be issued to you. This consists of a drinking glass, utensils, soap, face towel, toilet paper, toothbrush and toothpaste. All you will have to bring are a few personal items.
The hospital supplies your hospital linen.
VALUABLES
The hospital will not be responsible for losses during confinement. We advise you not to bring any valuables.
Every time you leave your room, please be sure to lock it.
MEDICATIONS
For your safety, the hospital requires that all medications prescribed by your doctor are obtained from the hospital pharmacy. We purchase our drugs from reputable manufacturers to assure you of the highest quality.
On certain occasions, we may allow that patients bring in their maintenance medicines and/or medicines purchased outside the hospital. However, administration of the medicine/s is accompanied by the signing of a waiver. Service fee will be computed accordingly
ROOM TRANSFER
Request for room transfer shall be made anytime of the day through the Information Section. Room transfer will be carried out between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm. No transfer will be entertained after these hours. Room transfer fee will be charged accordingly.

ICU: Only family members of the immediate family may visit and visits are limited at the discretion of nurse supervisor.
Visiting hours limited to non-infectious ward.
Only one watcher for ward and semi-private rooms per patients are allowed. Children below 7 years old are not allowed to visit a patient. Patients are not allowed to loiter outside their room unless with approval of their doctor of the Head Nurse on duty.
OTHER PROHIBITIONS
- Smoking within the hospital premises (up to its perimeter) is strictly prohibited.
- Pets are not allowed inside the hospital premises.
- Deadly weapons are not allowed within the hospital premises. These should be surrendered to the Guard on Duty.
